Increase feed load speed(I have 300 sites) and provide a breadth of layout options like feedly
I love feedspot, specifically since it is Far LESS buggy(than Feedly and others) and more easy to use/import stuff than other readers, BUT! it lacks some certain features that other RSS readers have, like no Facebook or Google share option.
Also there is only one type of "Feed layout" option available as far as I can see Feedly has at least 3 of those Tile, ordered list, among others
Plus it(Feedly) has more social share options than you can shake a stick at!
Feedspot is solid and reliable as a rock, but is slow and lacking features.
Another feature I could think of is enabling sign in from google, twitter or Facebook (via their respective API's) , unless the developers of feedspot prefer a custom home brewed login method .. which can and could be easily understood!
Team is working on improving speed and will also provide full width layout very shortly.

@FMN , yes I think that would be it, I don't have my feeds in groups/folders at all.
I shall try that!
Thanks, buddy! :-D

Jacob, i am on an old Mac Mini 1.86 ghz (2008) and with a not-so-fast internet connection (Descending : 3,2 Mbit/s, Ascending : 0,5 Mbit/s). It might be that the number of your feeds to show is too big. Have you tried grouping some of them into folders to test that explanation?

Really?
Mind sharing your system specs/setup?
This would include both hardware , operating system type and type of internet connection/bandwidth/ speed allowance
I want you to share this with me , solely because I know my system is not nearly that old at all and still has plenty of room , being it's one of the higher cpu's AMD offered two years ago,... specifically the Phenom x6 1100T with 1600 MHZ DDR3 Ram which is the maximum frequency of ram the platform supports...
And also, this type of specific information would help me, or who ever else is interested/willing to help sort this issue.
The reason I ask these features to be added and/or modified is because I do not have this issue with other feed clients and I am experimenting with many... just for the sake of it
Feedly, as I have mentioned is instant and flush with features, but often buggy
I have also tried out netvibes, newsblur and the original google reader works fine too, although it closing is pretty soon
So I really don't think it's my hardware, (win8 pro, boots nearly instantly 21 seconds from pressing button to desktop, browsers load near instantly too!)
but I would presume it's more of a technical nature, like maybe the route between my ISP and feedspot is bad or some other issue I am not aware of....
But Thanks for the suggestion, anyways I really appreciate it!

It might be your computer that slows the loading of feeds. I have thousands of feeds and they load at once -- i have grouped them into folders by theme.
